At Black Sense, every step is done by hand. We take the time that good craftwork needs. Our spices are freshly ground, cooked traditionally, and then carefully filtered and bottled while hot. This allows their full aroma to unfold – without any preservatives.

Our chai sirup is made exclusively from organic ingredients. Instead of refined sugar, we use whole cane sugar, which has a deeper flavor profile. We intentionally avoid additives such as thickeners and preservatives. Everything is produced in our own factory, which guarantees maximum control and consistent product quality.

After cooking, the sirup is carefully filtered and bottled while still boiling hot. This ensures a long shelf life – without any preservatives. Each bottle is then labeled and packed.

Every step of the process is handled in-house, including storage and shipping within Europe. This ensures fast and reliable delivery of your goods. We use recycled packaging materials and ship throughout Europe with climate-neutral DHL shipping.

Eva enjoys drinking chai latte, but she doesn't find it tasty – unless she makes it herself. Her homemade chai has made its way into cafés across Europe. Eva's passion for Ayurveda and coffee culture is the foundation of Black Sense Manufaktur. She founded the company in 2016, and today she and her team produce unique chai sirup for professional use in cafés and at home.

She didn't hesitate when her daughter came up with her idea. She joined as a producer and cooks the incomparable chai – you can taste her dedication.

As her father, he supports Eva with advice and assistance. There would be no Chai without Micha; he manages the shipping and all logistics by himself. He used to apply every label by hand, but today he is the master of the bottling and labelling process.
